Prizes are non-transferrable and have no cash value.

Winners are strictly prohibited from selling, assigning, exchanging or transferring the prizes in any way. The prize remains the property of Parks Canada Agency and must be returned to Parks Canada Agency upon request.

Winners are responsible for the cost of travel to and from the prize destinations as well as all other expenses not mentioned above that are related to using or claiming the prize, particularly meals and beverages, as well as any other personal expenses. No compensation will be paid to the winner if part of the prize is unused for reasons beyond the control of Parks Canada, Tourism Saskatchewan or any of the businesses associated with any of the prizes.

The winner is solely responsible for all taxes and issuance fees not mentioned for the prizes. Except where otherwise expressly stipulated herein, the prize is awarded to the winner on an as-is basis without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied.

Some national parks or national historic sites are open seasonally. Please refer to the website of each national park or national historic site for dates and hours of operation.
